Custom-made products

Every Magneties order is printed especially for you, using your own photos. Because of this, we can't accept returns or exchanges, and we can't offer refunds if you change your mind.

Damaged or faulty orders

If your magnets arrive damaged, or there's a problem with the printing, we'll make it right.

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Send us your order number and a photo of the problem.
• Once we've checked it, we'll reprint the affected magnets for free, or refund you for them.

Your photos

Please check your photos before ordering. We print the images exactly as uploaded, so we can't offer a refund for blurry, low-resolution or badly cropped photos.
